Formed in 1998, Asphalt Rescue Services, introduced Hawk-Seal-E to the expanding pavement preservation market. They were the first company to realize the benefits Hawk-Seal-E could bring to a city’s street budget and have seen that, as market conditions began to change, the value received for preserving asphalt and chip seal surfaces became even more important to a city’s financial outlook. They now service markets both nationally and internationally.
